Want
to Become an Announcer?
We are looking for people of all shapes and sizes to become announcers for Radio Free Mars. Please read the following criteria very closely before submitting your application. Our staff will review it and form a decision based on our criteria. Only approved members will be contacted.
Our Criteria to meet (meet as many as possible)
1. You must have a good radio voice. We want our announcers
to sound professional and charismatic. You MUST be at least
16 years old. Anyone younger will not sound good on radio.

2. Having past experience with online shoutcasting is preferred.
Please include a weblink to any recordings of any of your
past shows for us to review.
3. You must know how to use shoutcast, IRC, etc
4. Have an idea for a show to bring to the network. Anyone
can sit down and cast music, but being an announcer means
you'll be expected to do much more than just play tunes
and stay quiet. Adding specific programming to our schedule
pleases the listeners, and makes it fun for you, too!
5. You MUST adhere to your scheduled broadcasting. If you
do not, you will be terminated faster than you joined. We
need reliable people. Are you reliable?
